Established by the Hong Kong Shue Yan University as part of the infrastructure to conduct research projects funded by the Institutional Development Scheme (IDS) under the Research Grants Council, the Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) Laboratory is equipped with over 20 networked computers for conducting public opinion polls. The CATI Lab is installed with the state-of-the-art telephone interviewing system and advanced statistical software such as SPSS, NVivo, Tableau, etc. for data collection, data analyses, and data visualization.
